Hello my name is Kendra and my husband Matthew recently got the Roadrunner hat for Christmas. He loved his new hat and loved the fact that Zac Brown wears one just like it. I am sad to say that our puppy got a hold of it and pulled on some of the strings. The hat looks really bad. The question i had for you is, can you mix the hat or would i have to order a new one? Just let me know what i should do about this.
